About the role

  • Support Specialist for Tender Management at Sartorius, responsible for managing tender documentation and client relations. Must be fluent in French and English with several years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • To support Virtual Account Management and Field Account Management (VAM or FAM) in their writing, costing, and preparation of tender bidding documents
  • Support the existing customer base of integrators / tenderers and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation, and follow-up of tenders
  • Research the information (customer history), check the feasibility of the response (directly or by reseller)
  • Submit to sellers and technical specialists, prepare the documents that constitute the response file
  • Participate in the creation of standard offers and/or complexes independently or in collaboration with others
  • Provide technical support in the review of the technical requirements of the bidder
  • Inform Legal Affairs of the contract won and send them for registration in their contract database.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze competitive behavior in the markets for tenders.

Requirements

  • Completed training at a technical college or completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in processing tenders
  • Capability of working autonomously
  • French and English are mandatory; Spanish and Italian would be a plus
  • Existing knowledge about SFDC (Sales Force) would be appreciated.
