Responsibilities
To support Virtual Account Management and Field Account Management (VAM or FAM) in their writing, costing, and preparation of tender bidding documents
Support the existing customer base of integrators / tenderers and acquire new ones in tender management, preparation, and follow-up of tenders
Research the information (customer history), check the feasibility of the response (directly or by reseller)
Submit to sellers and technical specialists, prepare the documents that constitute the response file
Participate in the creation of standard offers and/or complexes independently or in collaboration with others
Provide technical support in the review of the technical requirements of the bidder
Inform Legal Affairs of the contract won and send them for registration in their contract database.
Continuously monitor and analyze competitive behavior in the markets for tenders.
Requirements
Completed training at a technical college or completed at least 3 years of technical vocational training
Several years of professional experience in processing tenders
Capability of working autonomously
French and English are mandatory; Spanish and Italian would be a plus
Existing knowledge about SFDC (Sales Force) would be appreciated.
