In the role as a Working Student in Business Operation you'll be at the heart of our project lifecycle management and will be helping in steering the processes end-to-end from contracting to invoicing, including the following main tasks:
Assisting in project life cycle management including contracting, calculations, staffing, project management, controlling, invoicing and executing the process of project setup in SAP S/4HANA.
Administration of customer and internal projects including the commercial framework like milestones, billing plan, pricing, etc.
Capacity planning, handling resource requests, staffing internal and external resources with a high level of efficiency, quality, compliance, and discipline.
Calculation, utilization, reporting as well as deviation control of budgets and tracking of project Profit & Loss.
Regular monthly closing activities including invoicing, deferred bookings and review of revenue bookings.
Overseeing customer payment management
Facilitate regular project reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, risks, and financials.
Proactively managing project risks identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements across project operations and proposing actionable solutions.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Study Program in Finance, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration with excellent grades
You are a strong analytical thinker, coupled with a talent for numbers and data interpretation.
You have the ability to transform complex data into practical insights.
Your approach to complex tasks is adaptable, dynamic, and proactive.
Your work ethic is suited for a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

You're able to communicate effectively English, fluency in German is considered an asset
You have Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
