About the role

  • Manager Employee Relations Poland responsible for collective bargaining, contracts, and union relations at Sandoz. Collaborating with trade unions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • As Manager Employee Relations Poland, serve as the direct contact for P&O managers in matters related to collective bargaining law, union relationship, employment contracts
  • Trusted contact and negotiating partner for employee representatives in Poland
  • Prepare labour law issues and derivation of recommendations for action
  • Active collaboration with trade unions for partnership
  • Responsible for further development of employment contracts
  • Draft, review and negotiate works agreements for all Sandoz legal entities in Poland
  • Prepare legal opinions on current labour law issues and implement proposals
  • Conduct ER Speak Up investigations
  • Promote positive Employee Relations as local ER Champion in ER Champion Network
  • Stay current with changing legal landscape; facilitate compliance with relevant labor laws

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human resources or Master’s degree in Law or comparable
  • 5+ years related experience ideally in production and commercial organisations
  • Knowledge of local legal requirements/employment laws
  • Empathy and business mindset required (dealing with sensitive people issues)
  • experience in a matrix organization and strong project management skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to network with various P&O and management functions domestically and internationally
  • Fluent in Polish and English
