About the role

  • HR Dispatcher in the HR Service Center managing ticket workflows and ensuring compliance with processes. Monitoring ticket statuses and providing transparent communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks include active monitoring and management of ticket volumes
  • You communicate current ticket statuses and implemented solutions transparently to the requesters
  • You oversee and track metrics and SLAs in our HRIS/ticketing tool
  • You consistently ensure compliance with defined processes and escalation protocols
  • In addition, you prepare regular analyses in the form of daily and weekly performance reports

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
  • You are highly service-oriented and quickly develop solution-focused approaches
  • Experience in personnel services, dispatch/coordination or the HR field is desirable
  • You are highly organized and work in a very structured and independent manner
  • A solid command of MS Office (particularly Excel) completes your profile
