Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people-management decisions and initiatives
  • Support the management of organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to organizational effectiveness and cultural integration
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and HRBP process improvements
  • Develop and monitor indicators (KPIs), reports and management dashboards
  • Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for stakeholders
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs
  • Build close relationships with leaders and business areas
  • Partner with regional and global Human Resources teams
  • Use digital and analytical tools to generate insights and support decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate degree is a plus)
  • Experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple areas (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Labor Relations)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), experience with Power BI or similar tools, and familiarity with digital tools, AI and automation, with a focus on process optimization, data analysis and executive communication
  • English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
