Responsibilities
Utiliser l’IA pour faire gagner les RH en performance
Optimiser et simplifier les process RH existants
Reprendre la cartographie des processus RH existants, proposer et implémenter des optimisations
Explorer les apports concrets de l’IA
Eduquer les équipes exposées aux nouveaux process
Contribuer au déploiement de la GEPP dans notre nouvel outil Elevo
Aide au déploiement de l’outil Elevo (GEPP)
Contribution à la structuration de la data RH
Réflexion sur l’usage de l’IA pour fiabiliser, enrichir et exploiter la donnée RH
Être force de proposition sur les usages IA en RH
Benchmark des usages IA en RH
Prototypage ou PoC (selon ton profil)
Recommandations concrètes, pragmatiques et déployables
Requirements
Étudiant(e) de fin d’études (Bac+4/5)
Issu(e) d’une formation : IA / Data / Systèmes d’information ou école d’ingénieur / école de commerce avec spécialisation data, IA ou transformation digitale
Très à l’aise avec les sujets IA, data, automatisation
Capacité à comprendre des process métiers concrets
Esprit analytique, structuré et orienté solutions
Goût pour les environnements en transformation
Capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés (RH, managers, direction)
