About the role

  • Business Development Manager focusing on Digital Radiology solutions for Italian market. Collaborating with partners and supporting sales through technical training and market demands analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Drive relevant Digital Radiology product & solutions sales improvement by analyzing specific market needs, generating demand from partners or public and private, both active and prospect.
  • Monitor customer technical requirements, defining and delivering an exhaustive technical proposal, ensuring that the whole sales project is delivered with the required product and solution features.
  • Develop a successful strategy for the relevant Digital Radiology products by analysing market demand and providing support to sales, in order to deliver products & solutions.
  • Guide to generate demand from Digital Radiology partners and customers, analysing the needs and providing a solution proposal, also by liaising with the sales team for all technical needs.
  • Support the partners providing technical training for Digital Radiology products and solution.
  • Acting as trainer to support the Application Specialist organization of partner network.
  • Support the demo activities of partner network acting together with partner Application Specialist, ensuring presence on the field for demo activities.
  • Guarantee to provide to Digital Radiology sales the necessary support in all pre-sales phases, monitoring the quality of technical assistance and insight.
  • Monitor customer needs and contribute to generate additional customer demand by support the team to propose the whole array of products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor preferably Biomedical Engineering.
  • Professional Background: 3-5 years exp in Medical Technical Sales / Pre-Sales roles within healthcare environment.
  • Capable of influencing sales at national level, counselling and providing product & solutions insights and driving innovative Medical projects.
  • Computer Knowledge: very good Excel / PPT.
  • Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Travel required: more than 60% domestic transfers.
  • Other: good knowledge of relevant enterprise market. Understanding of the backend technologies and integration challenges. Proposal preparation, driving large opportunities, customer presentation.
