BDR focusing on prospecting and opening new partnerships at Abratur, a family business with 18 years in the market.
Responsibilities
Prospecção Ativa: Realizar a busca de novos clientes e parceiros, com foco em clínicas de fisioterapia, prefeituras, hospitais, segurança pública e empresas privadas.
Agendamento: Garantir reuniões e autorizações para que nossos representantes realizem as vendas presenciais no local.
Atuar de forma externa e interna (rua/home office), com autonomia para gerir sua agenda.
Atuar junto ao público que já valoriza serviços de colônias de férias e assinaturas de lazer (servidores públicos, enfermeiros, professores, etc.).
Requirements
Profissional com "tino comercial", excelente comunicação e habilidade para abrir portas.
Experiência com prospecção externa e habilidade de negociação "olho no olho".
Será um diferencial ter contatos prévios em prefeituras, RHs ou órgãos públicos.
Residência: São Paulo Capital ou Grande SP (Jundiaí, Franco da Rocha, Caieiras, etc.).
Capacidade de trabalhar remotamente para ligações e atuar na rua para reuniões de abertura.
Benefits
Ajuda de Custo Fixa: R$ 2.800,00 (valor engloba deslocamento, alimentação e suporte para início das atividades).
Comissão Variável: R$ 20,00 por contrato fechado pelos representantes nas parcerias abertas por você.
Expectativa de Ganhos: Média esperada entre 140 e 200 contratos/mês, gerando uma remuneração variável significativa.
