About the role

  • People Operations Apprentice ensuring administrative management of employees at Contentsquare. Focus on onboarding to offboarding processes and reliability of HR data.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the administrative management for new hires (DPAE, creation of files in the HRIS, enrollment in health insurance and retirement plans, welcome documents, employment contracts).
  • Coordinate administrative actions with internal teams (IT, Office Management) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day employee lifecycle events (contract amendments, specific leave requests, various certificates, occupational health visits).
  • Serve as the primary reactive point of contact for employees on HR administrative questions and requests submitted via our ticketing tool, JIRA.
  • Actively participate in the monthly payroll process by ensuring the timely and accurate collection, verification, and transmission of Variable Pay Elements (VPE) to the Payroll team (absences, bonuses, leave, etc.).
  • Manage the full administration for separations initiated by the employee or by mutual agreement (resignations, end of trial periods, and negotiated terminations – ruptures conventionnelles).
  • Assist the People Business Partner (PBP) team, Legal team, and Payroll team with more complex processes (redundancies/dismissals and litigation cases), including preparing correspondence, calculations, and thorough documentation/archiving.
  • Contribute to the administration and improvement of our Workday HRIS (profile updates, workflow management, testing new features).
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and reliability of data entered into the HRIS, which is essential for payroll, legal compliance, and reporting.
  • Document and update HR administrative procedures (including payroll and offboarding processes) to ensure operational compliance and efficiency across an international scope.
  • Support PBPs on critical and sensitive employee matters, ensuring compliance and accuracy; contribute to preparing key materials for PBP/Legal/Payroll use and ensure processes run smoothly through strong anticipation and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Master 1 (M1) or Master 2 (M2) in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Management.
  • Knowledge of and interest in French labor law and personnel administration.
  • Excellent proficiency with office tools (Excel is mandatory).
  • Prior experience or knowledge of an HRIS (ideally Workday) is a strong asset but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential for our international environment.
