Responsibilities
Responsibility for a mixed territory.
Coordinating teams within a matrix organisation to ensure one Salesforce vision, seamless customer experience and account growth.
Engaging with C-Level decision-makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, specific visionary POV, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
Driving significant coordination among internal groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Strategy Partners, Executives, and Partners to execute a cohesive account strategy.
Working with Partners to ensure the successful delivery of contracted business solutions and technical implementations.
Owning key business development responsibilities within assigned territory.
Providing mentorship and guidance to other team members.

Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell
