Key Account Executive responsible for managing distributor relationships at Campari Group in Buenos Aires. Ensuring marketing and sales plans execution in off-premise channels.
Responsibilities
Gestionar y desarrollar la relación con los distribuidores del territorio
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los planes comerciales y de marketing en el mercado
Influir y trabajar junto a los distribuidores para maximizar la distribución, visibilidad y rotación de las marcas
Realizar reuniones periódicas con distribuidores para revisar objetivos, performance y planes de acción
Identificar oportunidades para incrementar clientes con compra y cobertura de mercado
Impulsar la expansión hacia nuevas zonas y nuevos puntos de venta dentro del territorio
Asegurar la correcta implementación de planes de marketing y activaciones comerciales a través de los distribuidores
Supervisar la ejecución en punto de venta (precios, visibilidad, promociones, materiales)
Requirements
Estudiantes avanzados o graduados en Administración, Marketing, Economía, Comercialización, carreras afines
Mínimo 2 años en roles comerciales, preferentemente en FMCG, Consumo Masivo, Retail o distribución
Alta capacidad de negociación e influencia
Perfil muy orientado a trabajo en campo
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales
Capacidad para interactuar con distintos tipos de stakeholders
Mentalidad analítica y orientación a resultados
Dominio: Microsoft Office, Excel Avanzado, Power BI (deseable), Microsoft Teams
Inglés intermedio (deseable)
