Responsibilities
Full responsibility for order intake, ensuring profitability and gross margin levels that support long-term financial targets.
Consolidate and drive the global order intake plan, including long-range forecasting and strategic pipeline development.
Negotiate and close large, complex international contracts with governments, armed forces, and strategic partners.
Drive the development of new business models, including support contracts, services, and capability-based offerings.
Collaborate closely with Strategy, Portfolio Management, Global Business Development, and Operational Countries to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
Requirements
10+ years in senior commercial leadership roles (CSO, CxO or equivalent) in an international, technology-driven organisation
Proven track record of strategy development and execution
Experience from negotiating large, complex international contracts preferably within the defence industry or other process driven sales
Master of Science, Engineering degree, MBA or other relevant commercial education
Fluent in written and spoken English. Swedish proficiency is an advantage.
