Lead marketing communications and project management for DentalMonitoring, enhancing brand awareness and generating leads through strategic campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead marketing communication and project management initiatives in collaboration with product marketing teams
Plan, execute and measure marketing communication campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads
Identify the need for new collateral materials; manage content creation and coordinate graphic resources for various sales and customer support tools, including brochures, data sheets, advertisements, direct mail, websites, newsletters, and product guides
Design, write, edit, proofread and oversee the production of marketing assets such as brochures, direct mail, newsletters, sales tools, white papers, case studies, and website content
Manage the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing initiatives
Develop and implement a global content strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and market trends
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and continuous development
Implement and monitor corporate sign-off procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and in support of DentalMonitoring’s Quality Policy
Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all DentalMonitoring marketing communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing managers, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing communications and content creation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft high-impact content and communicate effectively with global stakeholders
A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies in a global marketplace
Demonstrated experience managing content across multiple geographies, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and local market expectations
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, international environment
Creative and strategic thinker, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
