Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a full cycle of recruitment;
  • Organizing the whole hiring process (requirements gathering / preliminary interview / technical and final interview);
  • Advertising vacancies on the company website/external job boards/social media;
  • Communication with the Hiring Manager;
  • Searching for qualified candidates according to position requirements using different sourcing methods (boolean search, x-ray);
  • Communication with potential candidates through searching and expanding networking;
  • Maintaining and expansion of CRM;
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement;
  • Focused on achieving company goals.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and extensions
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Ability to close position Middle/Senior level
  • Skill to conduct HR Interviews using such methods as STAR or case interviews
  • Creativity and fresh thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of self-organization, responsibility
  • Time management skill
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
