About the role

  • Customer Success Manager optimizing client solutions at Rydoo. Ensuring maximum value through client training and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs
  • Ensure that the solution delivers maximum value
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops with existing customers
  • Coordinate internal and external resources
  • Act as a bridge between the customer’s finance team and Semine’s internal departments
  • Ensure progress and delivery in line with agreed plans and budgets
  • Build long-term relationships
  • Help customers get the most value from the solution
  • Work in a consultative manner alongside customers
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams in Norway and Sweden and product development team
  • Contribute customer insights and suggestions for product improvements
  • Combine customer relationship management, project coordination, and strategic advisory

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience managing projects or digital transformation initiatives within finance/accounting
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
  • **Nice to have**
  • Experience working with finance or accounting teams
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable processes
  • Experience with ERP systems or financial software
