About the role
- Drive loyalty and retention at Iglu Ski as Senior CRM & Loyalty Executive. Own email journeys, personalise campaigns, and grow our ski community.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of the email marketing platform.
- Plan campaigns and automated trigger emails that drive repeat purchase and retention, taking ownership of the customer contact flows.
- Design, write and build segmented email campaigns, ensuring relevancy and personalisation for different customer groups.
- Ideate and implement new initiatives for growing our database.
- Monitor and report on key CRM metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), using insights to drive recommended improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of any customer loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate with the commercial and product teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a CRM or Email Marketing-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with, and operating knowledge of, an Email Service Provider (ESP) such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.
- Creating emails from scratch, appropriately segmented to different audiences.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation and A/B testing principles.
- Previous responsibility in delivering commercial impact from email.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
