• Lead the transformation of Hive Health’s finance function into a high-performing, data-driven, and strategically aligned powerhouse
• Develop and implement a transformation roadmap, aligned with Hive’s strategic goals
• Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities and action plans for cost reduction, speed, and better insights
• Redesign and optimize core finance processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Budget-to-Report cycles
• Simplify policies, minimize manual interventions, and ensure regulatory and control compliance
• Evaluate and deploy finance technologies including ERP, FP&A tools, automation solutions (RPA, workflow systems), and analytics platforms
• Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and governance
• Redesign the finance operating model, including potential use of shared services, centers of excellence, outsourcing, or agile pods
