Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition and management
  • Execution of CRM activities focused on customer retention and acquisition
  • Measurement of sales conversion
  • Support for the dealership network in lead management
  • Production of promotional gifts and VIP experiences
  • Development and execution of relationship-building initiatives (dinners, experiences)
  • Create content and update the brand's websites
  • Develop briefs for the CRM agency — communication journeys
  • Operation and maintenance of CRM tools and channels
  • Interface with IT for technology projects applied to CRM
  • Development of reports and dashboards
  • Maintenance of internal WhatsApp groups
  • Interface with sales, service and parts teams for campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields
  • Advanced English for interaction with teams in other countries
