CRM Analyst developing data-driven strategies for Mycon's marketing and sales funnels. Focus on customer relationships and analytical insights for effective marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute lead qualification strategies across the sales and acquisition funnel;
Develop cross-sell, up-sell and Member-Get-Member (referral) strategies;
Design and run A/B tests and experiments to optimize communication performance, including segmentation, copy and creative tests;
Integrate relationship/engagement automations with segmentation and personalization strategies to increase CRM campaign effectiveness;
Plan, brief, execute and monitor WhatsApp, email marketing, SMS, push notification and other communication channel campaigns;
Monitor and analyze the customer base, segmenting by behavior, interests and profile for personalized marketing campaigns;
Collaborate with IS and Branding teams to create and update the promotional calendar and brand activity schedule;
Validate and present analyses of customer and lead databases and segments for marketing communications.
Requirements
REQUIRED: Analytical skills to manipulate, process and interpret data and make data-driven decisions based on these insights.
Experience with MarTech stacks and working with CDPs – knowledge of the Insider platform is a plus.
Proven experience across various CRM responsibilities, especially regarding qualification journeys and progression through the online sales funnel.
Ability to work autonomously making decisions and managing tasks, as well as experience working in squads, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience creating and managing automated, personalized relationship/engagement flows, with demonstrated alignment to the acquisition/customer journey.
