About the role

Responsibilities

  • General office and secretarial duties
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers and employees
  • Scheduling and coordination of appointments
  • Preparation of quotes, invoices and correspondence
  • Administrative support for management
  • Performing building cleaning tasks as part of daily operations
  • Taking minutes and preparing staff meetings
  • Preparation and management of employment contracts, certificates and references
  • Recording and maintaining working hours, vacation and sick leave records

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Structured, careful and solution-oriented working style
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (minimum C1)
