Responsibilities
Provide high-level, day-to-day support to the CEO
Proactively manage a complex and ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones
Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s time, inbox, and priorities
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups for meetings
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (international and domestic), including itineraries, accommodation, and visas where required
Support the co-ordination of SLT offsites including booking accommodation and travel.
Liaise with internal teams, the SLT, external partners and investors on behalf of the CEO
Support on special projects as required, often at short notice
Anticipate issues before they arise and propose practical solutions
Provide flexible support during irregular hours when required due to global time
Requirements
Proven experience as an or EA supporting a senior leader (ideally CEO or C-suite)
Experience working in fast-growth, international or global businesses
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competent using systems including Google Workspace
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability
Absolute discretion and professionalism
Proactive and solutions-focused — you don’t wait to be asked
Comfortable working flexibly, including occasional irregular hours
Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools to stay organised
Fluent in English & Spanish, other European languages a plus, but not essential.
