Provide senior-level executive support to the VP, Store Development & Retail Operations, EMEA
Coordinate work for the Retail Global Centre of Excellence (COE)
Master of organization with a knack for scheduling and communication
Manage complex workflows across multiple time zones
Provide prompt correspondence, proactive planning, and solution-based approach
Support global standards work through COE’s operating cadence
Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to executive administration and project coordination
Collaborate with Executive Assistants, Program Managers, and cross-functional partners
Requirements
5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior coordination experience, ideally supporting executive-level leaders
3+ years in an international organization and developed multicultural competencies
Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Well versed with the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using project management tools such as Monday.com
Excellent business acumen and communication skills
Adept at complex scheduling and managing logistics of an executive’s rhythm
Thrive in a global organization comfortable coordinating across time zones
Excellent time management skills and sound judgement and prioritization
Proactive in identifying root causes and proposing solutions
Comfortable supporting hybrid teams and leaders in in-person and digital environments
Remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
Inspire continuous improvement and enable better ways of working
