Responsibilities
Providing clerical support to the Manager(s) Health Services.
Processing job postings and related paperwork.
Maintaining position control and staffing baselines.
Registering new hires in orientation sessions.
Ensuring the Manager(s) is/are aware of staffing levels.
Maintaining information and employee profiles in the ESP staff scheduling system.
Updating the day to day schedule changes in ESP.
Running staffing reports as requested.
Coordinating appointment calendar for the Manager(s) and performing other clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum two years previous related experience, preferably in a health care setting.
Preference will be given to those candidates with previous staff scheduling experience.
