About the role

  • Leader of sales team managing sales strategies with operation involvement in São Paulo. Ensuring performance growth and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team with close, continuous oversight
  • Act directly in the operation, supporting negotiations, prioritization, and strategic direction
  • Ensure cadence, discipline, and predictability in the sales pipeline
  • Monitor key metrics (conversion rate, sales cycle, average deal size, forecast) and act quickly on deviations
  • Design and improve commercial processes in collaboration with Sales Ops
  • Participate in strategic negotiations with key clients
  • Develop the team through feedback, regular rituals, and performance development
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, pre-sales, and sales

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales teams
  • Strong hands-on approach (not just strategic)
  • Experience managing pipeline and sales forecasts
  • Experience with consultative selling
  • Ability to develop people and improve team performance
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
