About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital channels tailored for B2B software audiences.
  • Manage social media accounts to build brand visibility and engage with target communities, with a strategic approach to platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and industry forums.
  • Plan, create, and optimize email marketing campaigns using tools such as Pardot to nurture leads and support sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and creative to align messaging, support product launches, and produce sales enablement materials.
  • Support content development including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars, and event promotion to drive customer education and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage marketing assets and CRM databases to maintain organized, up-to-date collateral and customer communications.
  • Implement CRM and marketing automation strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technology marketing.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and email campaign management using platforms like LinkedIn and Pardot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for clear, engaging content tailored to technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance tracking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a must.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a long-term basis.
