Responsibilities

  • Leadership of the HR organization including the development, implementation and continuous optimization of: HR systems and tools
  • Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Payroll & Administration
  • Addressing employment law questions in collaboration with the Legal Department

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role within mid-sized companies
  • Experience in an international context
  • Deep understanding of HR strategies, processes and employment law
  • Experience in change management and restructurings
  • Leadership skills with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
