About the role

  • Senior HR Analyst focused on Recruitment & Selection for Colliers. Collaborating on Culture, Development, and Diversity initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes across various levels and functions, ensuring quality, speed and cultural fit;
  • Act as a business partner, supporting leaders in decision-making and people-management matters;
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and strengthen Colliers' employer brand;
  • Support the implementation and evolution of People policies and processes, ensuring consistency, compliance and continuous improvement;
  • Guide and develop leaders and employees on people-related topics, promoting a culture of feedback, development and high performance;
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, generating strategic insights for the business;
  • Ensure the correct execution of Recruitment & Selection processes through onboarding, and support internal moves and offboarding;
  • Participate in the planning, implementation and follow-up of training programs;
  • Engage in culture, diversity and engagement initiatives, strengthening an inclusive and collaborative environment;
  • Support the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment & Selection.
  • Open mindset for learning and innovation, with the ability to identify and evaluate new opportunities to improve processes, technologies and tools.
  • Commitment to people, treating them with respect and being attentive to their needs—whether peers, clients, leaders or vendors.
  • Consistently focused on understanding, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks and challenges, proposing actions for mitigation and resolution.
  • Ability to analyze the operational context, anticipate needs and potential issues, and apply strategic, tactical and operational discipline to address and resolve demands.
