Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes across various levels and functions, ensuring quality, speed and cultural fit;
Act as a business partner, supporting leaders in decision-making and people-management matters;
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and strengthen Colliers' employer brand;
Support the implementation and evolution of People policies and processes, ensuring consistency, compliance and continuous improvement;
Guide and develop leaders and employees on people-related topics, promoting a culture of feedback, development and high performance;
Monitor and analyze HR metrics, generating strategic insights for the business;
Ensure the correct execution of Recruitment & Selection processes through onboarding, and support internal moves and offboarding;
Participate in the planning, implementation and follow-up of training programs;
Engage in culture, diversity and engagement initiatives, strengthening an inclusive and collaborative environment;
Support the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment & Selection.
