Customer Service Representative managing client accounts in the Minerals sector across Southern Europe, providing support to Sales Managers and ensuring high customer service standards.
Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of client accounts within the Minerals sector, primarily across Southern Europe.
Acting as a key support to our Sales Managers based in Italy.
Ensuring a high level of customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as Sales and Logistics.
Collecting and validating data, preparing and analyzing reports, and proactively communicating opportunities for improvement.
Processing purchase orders from Europe, managing customer billing and generating invoices, credit and debit memos.
Collaborating closely with Supply Chain functions to manage the order book and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Monitoring order follow-ups and coordinating material planning to meet customer demand and forecasts.
Analyzing data to create accurate demand plans and utilizing KPIs to drive performance improvements aligned with company objectives.
Ensuring timely container and truck pick-ups and deliveries, address payment-related issues, and act as a central point of contact for logistics providers and warehouse partners.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Transportation, International Relations or Communication
Experience with data entry, report generation, and data analysis
Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Few years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Languages: Italian – Fluent; English - Fluent
Nice to have : Any additional languages are considered an asset
