About the role

  • Customer Service Lead managing incoming orders and leading a team to meet customer needs at Arthrex. Overseeing service operations and facilitating cooperation between departments in healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming orders from both internal and external customers with your team
  • Lead a team of 6 Customer Service Specialists to deliver on SLA’s and support business growth objectives
  • Manage day to day operations in customer service such as Order Taking, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Creations and Customer issues/complaints
  • Actively support and facilitate internal cooperation between departments (Sales, Finance, Operations)
  • Maintain control over the SAP order management module
  • Coordinate with 3PL suppliers for delivery processes

Requirements

  • Previous leadership/management experience of staff members
  • Complex order‑fulfilment environments that demand strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • SAP (or similarly complex system) knowledge is advantageous
  • Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service focused experience
