Responsibilities
Manage all incoming orders from both internal and external customers with your team
Lead a team of 6 Customer Service Specialists to deliver on SLA’s and support business growth objectives
Manage day to day operations in customer service such as Order Taking, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Creations and Customer issues/complaints
Actively support and facilitate internal cooperation between departments (Sales, Finance, Operations)
Maintain control over the SAP order management module
Coordinate with 3PL suppliers for delivery processes
Requirements
Previous leadership/management experience of staff members
Complex order‑fulfilment environments that demand strong attention to detail and accuracy
SAP (or similarly complex system) knowledge is advantageous
Minimum 5+ years of Customer Service focused experience
