About the role

  • Analista de Sucesso do Cliente PL at Positivo Tecnologia driving client implantation and ensuring quality deliverables. Focus on relationship building and project management from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality are met.
  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for the client during implementation.
  • Conduct executive and operational meetings.
  • Identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
  • Ensure alignment across internal teams (product, support, sales, etc.).
  • Monitor project metrics and communicate status in a structured manner.
  • Deliver a consultative experience that goes beyond operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills (schedules, risks, scope, stakeholders).
  • Clear, assertive, and strategic communication.
  • Decisive, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle demanding clients and complex scenarios.
  • Organized and autonomous.
  • Proactive, take-charge profile: does not wait, drives initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree completed: Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Advantage: Experience implementing educational solutions or SaaS.
  • Experience with B2B clients.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • MBA or courses in customer service or customer experience.
