  • Sr. Human Resources Business Partner implementing HR initiatives in a Fortune 200 reinsurance company. Collaborating with leaders to resolve complex HR challenges and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, manages, and implements forward-thinking HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Provides strategic leadership and expertise in implementing HR initiatives.
  • Creates solutions that address current and future business needs.
  • Builds relationships with business leaders to provide comprehensive HR guidance.
  • Resolves complex problems within business groups independently.
  • Influences and executes Human Resources practices and objectives for a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, MBA is preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • 10 years of related human resources experience
  • 3 years of strategic HR business partner experience
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization preferred
  • Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred
  • Knowledge leveraging Workday or other HR technology system related software
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Spanish as a second language is an asset.
