HRIS Senior Analyst ensuring SuccessFactors Employee Central module aligns with business needs. Supporting implementation and training while collaborating with HR and IT for system optimization.
Responsibilities
Supports EC module and other modules including system configuration and impact analysis.
Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the HRIS system.
Project Management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects including SuccessFactors releases and impact analysis as part of HRIS team.
Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation.
Provide applicable system training, testing and support as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field
3 years of experience in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
Familiarity with security roles and permissions within HR systems
Proven experience as an HRIS Systems Specialist or similar role
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Strong verbal and written communications
Effective communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
Extensive expertise in leading HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workforce, etc.)
Hands-on experience with data integration using XML, JSON, and related technologies
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HRIS trends and best practices
