Retail Partnership Manager at Reward Gateway driving growth in partner ecosystem through relationship management and commercial negotiation. Focused on maximizing engagement and satisfaction for partners.
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management: maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to maximize engagement, satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
Partner Acquisition: Identify, source, and onboard new partners that align with our business objectives and growth strategy.
Operational & Administrative Support: Support operational needs which includes but is not limited to building, maintaining, and testing offer pages. Complete administrative and busy work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate partner agreements, commissions, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partner campaigns, track results against targets, and deliver clear campaign insights and results to partners.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing partner or client relationships.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience selling media placements or managing affiliate partnerships, with a strong understanding of performance-based marketing.
Experience in SaaS or loyalty industries, with insight into how partnerships and media activations drive engagement and revenue.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Airtable, and/or Tableau.
