About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist optimizing recruitment processes for RLG in a hybrid work setting. Collaborating globally to enhance candidate experience and support hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to help identify and execute on hiring needs
  • Assist in creating a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Provide administrative and organizational support of all recruitment activities related to screening, scheduling, background checks, hiring and onboarding candidates
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contract drafts in all operating regions
  • Ensure people data administered through RLG’s candidate trackers and HRIS system are kept up to date
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular departmental reports
  • Create and maintain department process manuals to support alignment within and between various departments
  • Manage candidate travel and interview logistics
  • Help create a social media presence and coordinate recruitment campaigns
  • Provide support for internal resource planning, management and tracking.
  • Administer resource assignment details and actions through RLG’s people trackers and HRIS system
  • Attend regular resourcing meetings with business leaders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • ATS experience (BambooHR is a nice-to-have)
  • Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience using AI is a Nice to Have
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid written and presentation skills
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with good judgement, team-focused
