Requirements
Degree in HR, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
At least 10 years of experience in organizational and/or personnel development
Proven expertise in supporting change and transformation processes
Confident advisory skills in dealing with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical abilities and experience working with HR metrics
Excellent communication and conceptual skills, together with high empathy and conflict-resolution competence
Proactive mindset, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
Experience in a law firm or consulting environment is an advantage
