About the role

  • Senior HR Business Partner focusing on Development & Change Management in a growing consultancy firm. Engaging with strong mid-sized companies guiding their various development paths.

Responsibilities

  • Actively design and support change and transformation processes
  • Further develop organizational structures, role models and modern ways of working
  • Provide strategic counsel and sparring to executive management and leadership
  • Design and implement training, development and leadership programs
  • Establish and enhance feedback, performance and talent management processes
  • Develop sustainable retention strategies for key positions
  • Use People Analytics to derive well-founded strategic decisions
  • Embed development and change initiatives sustainably within the organization

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in organizational and/or personnel development
  • Proven expertise in supporting change and transformation processes
  • Confident advisory skills in dealing with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience working with HR metrics
  • Excellent communication and conceptual skills, together with high empathy and conflict-resolution competence
  • Proactive mindset, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in a law firm or consulting environment is an advantage
