About the role

  • Partner Commercial Manager managing relationships with game studios and operators at Relax Gaming. Ensuring aggregation success through data-driven insights and commercial reviews in Malta.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the aggregation commercial point of contact for game studio partners and selected operator partners.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and enquiries across Teams, Slack, email and any other media as required.
  • Build and maintain close commercial relationships in a professional manner.
  • Ensure aggregation success by taking part in QBRs and leading regular independent aggregation performance and commercial review meetings with key operators and game studios.
  • Identify areas of business growth and follow up to completion, to ensure company revenue targets are met.
  • Provide in-depth commercial feedback and data-driven insights to internal management on supplier and operator status, performance and development as and when requested.
  • Analyze and interpret data to compile reports and presentations as required.
  • Assist with the aggregation pipeline and studio onboarding.
  • Coordinate with operators and other internal teams as needed.
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve any escalations and issues as needed.
  • Ensure timely resolve and message delivery both internally and externally to key stakeholders.
  • Assist with market entries from a commercial POV.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and guide external partners as required.
  • Manage applicable internal Jira tickets.
  • Ensure bottlenecks are resolved by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide summaries as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records and notes across internal and team systems.
  • Assist with any reasonable task that may be required to deliver optimal aggregation service to our operator and supplier partners.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in a Commercial role driving results and reaching targets.
  • Experience managing Tier 1 operators or game studios is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • A solid understanding of contracts and legal agreements in the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Experience with data sets and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills that can captivate an audience.
  • Excellent multitasking and organization skills are essential.
