Meta Strategy Senior Manager for Wellhub’s Social Media team in São Paulo. Elevating presence across Instagram and WhatsApp while driving brand awareness and subscriber growth.
Responsibilities
Take full accountability for the health and performance of Wellhub’s Meta ecosystem, including awareness growth, audience engagement, subscriber acquisition, and ongoing platform usage.
Continuously monitor platform performance, audience behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy and sustain long-term growth.
Develop and execute the global organic strategy across Instagram and WhatsApp.
Establish clear strategic roles for Reels, Stories, feed content, and messaging channels that maximize discoverability, retention, and conversion.
Own Wellhub’s Instagram creator and influencer ecosystem.
Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with credible creators and voices in wellness, fitness, leadership, and lifestyle to expand reach, strengthen brand trust, and drive subscriber growth.
Partner closely with the Paid Media team to amplify high-performing organic content and unlock audience insights that improve campaign performance.
Design coordinated programs where paid and organic strategies reinforce each other to accelerate growth and efficiency.
Define and lead the community engagement strategy across Instagram and WhatsApp.
Ensure meaningful two-way interaction with followers through comments, DMs, and messaging programs that deepen audience relationships and brand loyalty.
Define best practices for Meta-native content formats including Reels, Stories, feed posts, and WhatsApp messaging.
Ensure content is optimized for discovery, engagement, and retention while maintaining strong brand storytelling.
Own the senior relationship with Meta platform representatives.
Leverage insights, beta opportunities, and best practices to continuously improve platform performance and stay ahead of product and algorithm changes.
Turn performance insights from Instagram and WhatsApp into actionable learnings that inform broader brand, creative, and growth strategies across Wellhub’s marketing organization.
Continuously monitor emerging formats, creator trends, algorithm updates, and audience behavior shifts across Meta platforms.
Proactively evolve strategy to maintain cultural relevance and long-term performance.

Requirements
You bring relevant years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with deep expertise in Instagram and other Meta platforms.
You understand how modern audiences discover brands through short-form video, creators, and social storytelling.
You have fluent English to work with global teams and stakeholders.
You’re equal parts strategist and operator, able to define platform strategy while executing content programming, partnerships, and community engagement.
You have experience working with creators and influencers, building partnerships that drive measurable reach, credibility, and growth.
You understand how organic and paid social strategies work together, and know how to unlock insights that improve overall marketing performance.
You’re highly analytical and fluent in platform metrics (spreadsheets, dashboards, BI, and AI tools/knowledge) experimentation, and performance optimization.
You stay close to cultural trends and evolving platform behaviors, constantly experimenting with formats, storytelling styles, and engagement tactics.
Most importantly, you believe social media can create real human connection between brands and communities, turning attention into long-term audience relationships.
