Responsibilities
Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and drives revenue growth in the Europe region
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collect and report information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market
Lead Sales function in EMEAI region - mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team
Manage the sales budget, optimizing resource allocation and investment strategies to meet annually/monthly targets
Requirements
Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related is preffered
At least 10 years of commercial experience with a demonstrated ability to increase market share
At least 10 years of leadership experience with global responsibility
Proven experience leading the implementation of substantial change initiatives
Experience within the Motion control or automation industry is preferred
Exceptional communications skills (persuasive and influential)
International experience including U.S. and Europe preferred
