- Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians
- Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory and equipment maintenance
- Foster Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Regional Sales Directors and Operations teams
- Promote Team Culture: Lead with compassion and professionalism
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries
- Proven success in consultative sales and team management.
- Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision-making
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
