About the role

  • Growth Consultant at Recruitment Circle driving tech recruiting excellence with a strong sales focus in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Activity as the foundation: 100 outbound calls (dials) per day
  • Generate 5 high-level pitches per week
  • Target of €300,000 in revenue in the first year
  • Ownership of the full cycle from first contact through securing a retainer

Requirements

  • Not a typical salesperson — a hunter with a strategic mind
  • Resilience of steel: a 'no' on the phone does not discourage you
  • Status authority: able to engage on equal footing with a CTO or Practice Lead
  • Psychological savvy: understand SPIN Selling and The Challenger Sale
  • Extreme ownership: independently fill and manage your pipeline
