Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of strategic sales and marketing activities to deliver growth targets
Own the end-to-end marketing plan for Allstar brand
Drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition across integrated and omnichannel marketing
Define overarching marketing plans in alignment with business objectives and growth targets
Identify priority markets, segments, and channels to maximise brand impact and demand
Develop marketing activities and campaigns that differentiate Allstar products
Set annual and quarterly marketing goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Manage prospect segmentation to support targeted marketing campaigns
Collaborate with sales teams to track, maintain, and optimise marketing’s contribution to the sales pipeline
Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of full funnel, outbound marketing campaigns
Ensure all campaigns align with the strategic vision
Manage relationships with wider marketing teams and agencies
Oversee paid advertising campaigns, budgets, and performance optimization
Ownership and management of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a similar senior role within B2B marketing
Proven track record in leading B2B marketing that delivers business impact and growth
A commercial, outcome focused, KPI and data-driven mindset
Strategic and creative approach with a thorough understanding of the prospect and customer journey and the trigger points in the buying lifecycle
Ability to build strong sales and GTM relationships across the organization
