Responsibilities
Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility/coverage
Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt’s products and implementing the recommended planograms
Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt’s name and products
Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure long-term business growth and customers’ loyalty
Collaborate with eCommerce team to build growth on e-pharmacies
Requirements
University Degree is a must
Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
Experience as a Sales Representative would be considered as desirable, not mandatory
Fluency in English & Greek
IT literate - understanding of MS Office
Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
