Responsibilities
Independently and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries via email and mail
Operation of all functions of customer-specific IT/EDP systems
Advising and supporting customers on all financing and leasing products
Preparing quotes and processing changes to master data
Account reconciliation and sending of documents
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships
Requirements
Strong communication skills and excellent German language ability
Very good PC/computer skills
High customer and service orientation as well as willingness to learn
Experience as a customer advisor or office clerk is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
