About the role

  • Back Office Customer Expert assisting bank clients with service inquiries via email and mail. Supporting customer satisfaction through written communication in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries via email and mail
  • Operation of all functions of customer-specific IT/EDP systems
  • Advising and supporting customers on all financing and leasing products
  • Preparing quotes and processing changes to master data
  • Account reconciliation and sending of documents
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and excellent German language ability
  • Very good PC/computer skills
  • High customer and service orientation as well as willingness to learn
  • Experience as a customer advisor or office clerk is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
