About the role

  • Customer Support Representative for leading automotive trading group in Berlin. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on satisfaction and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

  • You are the helpful first point of contact for customer inquiries received by phone and in writing
  • You ensure careful documentation of all activities in our ticketing system
  • Optionally, and after appropriate onboarding, you handle escalated customer complaints and goodwill requests
  • With your reliable and friendly communication, you help maintain our customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • You enjoy communicating and have conversationally fluent German
  • You have a strong service orientation and enjoy interacting with customers
  • You are comfortable using modern communication channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Career changers with some initial customer service experience are also welcome
