Responsibilities
You are the helpful first point of contact for customer inquiries received by phone and in writing
You ensure careful documentation of all activities in our ticketing system
Optionally, and after appropriate onboarding, you handle escalated customer complaints and goodwill requests
With your reliable and friendly communication, you help maintain our customer satisfaction
Requirements
You enjoy communicating and have conversationally fluent German
You have a strong service orientation and enjoy interacting with customers
You are comfortable using modern communication channels (email, chat, phone)
