Junior HRSS Analyst supporting HR services across major European markets. Collaborating with teams to enhance employee experience in HR Shared Services.
Responsibilities
As a Junior HRSS Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of our European HR team, delivering top-tier employee services across major European markets: Poland, Italy, Hungary, Spain, France, Germany, depending on your language capabilities
Work as a part of an experienced team delivering end-to-end “Hire to Retire” services for European Large Markets with support of Senior Analyst and instructional documents
Provide HR support via Service Now by managing employee queries and offering first-line advice and guidance
Collaborate with subject matter experts (e.g. HRBP, HRD, Payroll Analysts) and internal teams (e.g. solution team) to determine the best response to employee requests
Prioritize cases and ensure timely follow-ups and check-ins to drive case resolution
Build cross-functional HR knowledge to ensure end-to-end ownership of employee experience
Requirements
Working proficiency in German and additional European language
Strong organizational skills – you can prioritize your tasks and tickets
Previous corporate experience, preferably in HR related field (min. 6 months)
Willingness to learn best practices in a Shared Services environment and ability to learn easily
A sharp eye for detail – because in HR, details really matter
