About the role

Requirements

  • Experience with SaaS
  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, or Customer Success (CS)
  • Strong teaching skills for online trainings
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset
  • Clear and confident communicator
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with e-commerce
