About the role

- You will take full ownership of the entire e-commerce area — both strategic and operational — with complete responsibility for revenue, channels, and performance.
- Build and manage our multi-channel strategy (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Hornbach, Lidl, etc.).
- Elevate performance marketing to the next level (SEA, SEO, Social Media Ads).
- Smartly manage price comparison engines and marketplaces.
- Content creation: images, video, blog, newsletter — everything that drives sales.
- Set up, manage, and optimize retargeting and CRM processes.
- Data-driven monitoring and reporting, including ROAS, CAC, and CLV analyses.
- Daily collaboration with sales and content teams to optimize conversion and UX.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce projects with responsibility for revenue and performance.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, GA4, and SEO tools.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, margins, and P&L responsibility.
- Strong eye for high-quality creatives (willing to create hands-on as well).
- Mindset: startup speed combined with agency-level excellence.
- Fluent in German and English.
