About the role

  • Product Manager maximizing product value at Theodo by prioritizing and delivering quality features. Collaborating with clients and teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and deliver high-value features while meeting milestones and commitments made to the client.
  • Demonstrate the team’s progress and value by making work visible and facilitating client decisions (review decks, daily emails, …).
  • Understand client preferences and coordinate a fast, appropriate response in case of issues, using tools such as the value model, client questionnaires and problem-resolution methods.
  • Drive day-to-day delivery applying Lean methodology: backlog management, writing clear user stories and sprint planning.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their needs, facilitate their decisions and co-create solutions.
  • Translate product challenges into clear requirements for the technical team, relying on usage analysis, environment study and benchmarks.
  • Help the team meet its commitments by anticipating risks, solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement routines (problem solving, retrospectives).

Requirements

  • Graduate from a top engineering school, with 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in consulting or a role with strong client exposure.
  • Strong interest in designing products with significant business impact, with an appetite for tech and solid knowledge in the area.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: comfortable with clients, able to adopt the right stance and build trusting relationships.
  • Client-first mindset: available, responsive, attentive, capable of prioritizing the client, incorporating feedback and anticipating needs.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow, able to challenge the team, ask for help and accept being challenged.
