About the role
- Process Engineer optimizing intralogistics processes in E-Commerce warehouse. Collaborating with multiple departments and improving warehouse operations through analysis and planning.
Responsibilities
- Verantwortung für die Gestaltung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Lager- und Materialflussprozesse
- Analyse und Planung von Lagerplatzbedarfen, Flächenkonzepten, Lagerstrukturen und Warenverteilungen in enger Abstimmung mit Buying
- Optimierung von Laufwegen, Kommissionierstrategien und Durchlaufzeiten
- Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Trainings - und Einarbeitungsprozessen im Lager
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikleitung, IT , Buying und weiteren angrenzenden Bereichen
- Wesentliche Beteiligung an der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung der geplanten Logistikerweiterung
- Verantwortung für die Einführung und den Erhalt und die Standardisierung von Kennzeichnungen im Warehouse (Bodenmarkierungen, Beschriftungen, Etikettierungen etc.)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Wirtschaft und Technik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (3-5 Jahre) im Optimieren von Lagerprozessen, insbesondere im E-Commerce
- Ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und hohe Eigenmotivation für Prozessoptimierung
- Hands-on Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, auf der Fläche mit anzupacken
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Pragmatismus
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
