Responsibilities
Identify leads and maintain them in the CRM system to grow the customer base
Contact prospective customers (primarily) by phone and email
Present our software solution in virtual meetings
Acquire new customers and build and maintain long-term business relationships
Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Work closely with Marketing, Shipping, and Fulfillment & Warehousing to meet customer requirements
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results for management
Understand prospects' and customers' needs and offer tailored solutions
Hold regular team meetings on sales activities and results
Requirements
Experience in sales, especially cold calling
Fluent German, very good English
Strong interpersonal skills and communication: You understand what customers truly need and can persuade them
